Mason Supervisor


We are a construction company based in Karachi, seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working as a Mason and must possess a biometric passport. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of masons to ensure timely and quality completion of construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan the layout and execution of construction tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor ongoing construction work to identify any issues or delays.
- Perform quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets industry standards.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Mason, preferably in the construction industry.
- Must possess a biometric passport for international travel.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in construction work.

Location:
The job is based in Karachi, but may involve travel within Pakistan or abroad depending on project requirements.

Salary:
