Architectural Technologist - Contract Position in Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in architectural drafting and design, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Stay updated on building codes and regulations
- Use software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate drawings
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Work within budget constraints and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural drafting and design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Previous experience working on construction projects is preferred
