Head Pastry Chef

We are a high-end bakery located in Khanpur and we are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and designing our pastry menu, training and supervising other pastry chefs, and ensuring that all pastries are prepared to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new pastry recipes that meet our bakery's standards
- Train and supervise other pastry chefs in the preparation of pastries
- Oversee the production of all pastries to ensure they are of the highest quality
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment in the pastry kitchen
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of pastries, baking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to create new and innovative pastry recipes while also maintaining classic favorites
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate other pastry chefs
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of pastries for daily orders
- Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for creating delicious pastries
