Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lusail. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and creating a positive experience on board our cruise ships.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Provide information about cruise itineraries, onboard activities, and port destinations
- Assist with check-in and boarding procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently
- Liaise with other departments to resolve guest issues and ensure smooth operations
- Process payments for onboard purchases and manage passenger accounts
- Promote onboard services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is essential, other languages are a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of the cruise industry is an advantage
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have legal authorization to work in Lusail
Salary:
