Job Title: IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and securing our technology resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT systems in line with business goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technology developments and make recommendations for their integration into our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. While we do not provide accommodation, we can assist with finding suitable housing options.
