Construction Manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Faro. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, monitoring progress and quality control, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure adherence to specifications
- Manage project budget and expenses, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and vendors
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction process
- Implement health and safety protocols on all sites to ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a contract job with accommodation provided. We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with a free visa and ticket.
