Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project plans
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
