We are in search of an organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Almada. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our office operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling communication with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month along with free visa and ticket. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in their career as an Office Manager.
