Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Eschen. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and ensuring quality control and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including budget and timeline management
- Oversee all construction activities and ensure they are in line with project specifications
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress is on track
- Manage all aspects of the construction site, including safety protocols and quality control measures
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for reporting purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management software

Salary: 1700$ per month
