Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and specifications for various construction projects. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings
- Review project documents for accuracy and completeness
- Attend project meetings to provide technical support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an architectural firm or construction company is a plus
- Familiarity with Revit or other BIM software

Salary: 1600$ per month

Location: Braga, Portugal
