Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to help them grow and succeed.
- Monitor team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
