We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a group of individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and abilities
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and feedback for improvement
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and successful project completion
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and growth

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to team members at all levels
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams to achieve set targets
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is preferred but not required
