Gardener (Jeddah, Kenya)


Our landscaping company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Jeddah. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces. This is a contract position with a monthly salary of 1200$, suitable for Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
- Maintain the health and appearance of plants, shrubs, and trees
- Trim and shape hedges and shrubs to maintain their desired look
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Install new plants and flowers as directed by clients or supervisors
- Follow safety procedures while working with tools and equipment
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner to understand their preferences and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role in a professional setting
- Extensive knowledge of plant care techniques and gardening tools
- Physically fit with the ability to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team under minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic safety precautions related to gardening work
