Construction Project Manager



Our construction company based in Izhevsk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our various projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the construction process from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, managing budget and timelines, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate with clients on project updates and changes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts during the construction process
- Ensure project is completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in budget management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
