Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Bansko! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. This includes following blueprints and specifications, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring operations to ensure quality output.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Prior experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Complete production reports accurately
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
