Team Lead (Malayalees and Nepali) in Akron, USA
We are a dynamic and growing company in Akron, USA looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of Malayalee and Nepali employees. This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of Malayalee and Nepali employees to achieve set goals and targets
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Monitor team KPIs and take corrective action as needed
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Communicate effectively with upper management on team progress, challenges, and successes
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam or Nepali language skills are preferred)
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Biometric passport required (or ability to obtain)
- Must be able to work without accommodation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this contract position.
Location:
This position is based in Akron, USA. However, due to the current global situation, remote work may be considered until it is safe for employees to return to the office.
