As a Contract Administrator based in Lisbon, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company's contracts. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating contract terms, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and maintaining accurate records of all contracts. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A background in contract administration or paralegal work is preferred. This is a contract position with potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it, and we are open to candidates from any nationality with valid work authorization in Portugal.
