We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office and supporting our team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare and distribute internal communications
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Support the team with any necessary administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Salary: $1800 per month
