A reputable construction company in Braga, Portugal is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Keep work area clean and free of debris
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and instructions
- Strong mechanical skills for performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
