Equipment Operator

A well-established construction company in Braga is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a valid operator's license. In this role, you will work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Physical strength and the ability to work in varying weather conditions are essential for this position. We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. As an Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Operating various types of construction equipment according to project needs

- Following all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Keeping accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance performed

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid operator's license for required equipment
- Ability to read construction plans and blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols on job sites
