Part-Time Administrator

We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Braga. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for students looking to gain work experience while studying.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents, including filing and record keeping
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with data entry tasks and update databases as needed
- Process paperwork, invoices, and other financial documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in a college or university program preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate must be available to work approximately 20 hours per week.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location:
