Senior Architect (Part-time)

We are a leading architecture firm in Porto, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using specialized software
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring adherence to design plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is competitive at $900 per week.

Location:
This position is based in Porto but may require occasional travel within Portugal.
