We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Faro. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology and computer systems. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives
- Ensure the security and integrity of our computer systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Develop policies and procedures for data management and protection
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Salary: 1800$ per month.
Location: Faro.
