Project Manager


We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Faro. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, from initiation to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and goals
- Communicate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project objectives are understood and met
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial targets are achieved
- Lead project team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and issues
- Evaluate project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards before final submission

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology
- At least 3 years of experience in project management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Asana
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.

This position is based in Faro. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
