Project Manager (Contract)



We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Faro. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the project within budget and on schedule. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Manage project team members, providing direction and support as needed
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them
- Monitor project expenses and maintain budget control
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a construction or engineering setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards for construction projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This role is based in Faro, a beautiful coastal city in Portugal known for its stunning beaches, historic sites, and delicious seafood. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
