Machine Operator Supervisor

As a Machine Operator Supervisor in Almada, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of various types of machinery in a production setting. You will be working with a team of operators to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a machine operator and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the performance of machine operators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by operators at all times
- Keep track of production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management
- Train new machine operators on proper procedures and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Must be able to read blueprints and follow production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment
- Must be able to provide own accommodation in Almada or surrounding areas

Salary: Starting salary of $1400 per month, with potential for increases based on performance.
