Hotel Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

A luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required, additional language skills are a plus
