Data Analytics Specialist

Our company is hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in St. Petersburg. This position is open to foreign nationals who do not require English proficiency and have no prior experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and be able to effectively interpret and communicate data insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using various statistical techniques
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies
- Continuously monitor and improve data quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages for data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in data analysis is a plus but not required

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
