We are a well-established gardening company in Faro, Portugal seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plants and landscaping techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for non-Portuguese nationals. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general gardening duties such as planting, pruning, weeding, and watering
- Maintain and care for existing gardens, including lawn maintenance and pest control
- Design and create new gardens based on client preferences and site conditions
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment properly
- Provide advice to clients on plant selection, garden maintenance, and pest management
- Ensure gardens are aesthetically pleasing at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees commonly found in the Faro region
- Strong understanding of landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment and tools
- Excellent physical endurance to handle manual labor
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
