Floral Designer

Are you passionate about creating beautiful floral arrangements? Do you have an eye for detail and a creative flair? We are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Khasab. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging various types of flowers for events, weddings, and everyday occasions. Your role will include selecting the right flowers, greenery, and other decorative elements to create stunning arrangements that meet our clients' needs and preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and provide professional advice
- Create various types of floral arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and more
- Source high-quality flowers and greenery from vendors
- Cut, trim, and arrange flowers according to established design principles
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and ensure timely restocking
- Ensure all orders are completed on time while maintaining high quality standards
- Oversee maintenance of tools and equipment used in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Proficient in creating different types of flower arrangements
- Knowledgeable about different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and strong artistic skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Floristry or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floral Designer.

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Nationality: This position is open to both Indians residing in Khasab as well as foreigners who have the necessary work permits.

Language Requirements: English proficiency is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is considered a plus.

Experience: No prior experience is required for this role. We welcome students who are passionate about floral design and willing to learn on the job.
