Entry-Level Merchandiser


We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Merchandiser to join our team in Shan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are properly displayed and promoted in various retail stores.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to check product displays and promotional materials
- Ensure that products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards
- Communicate with store managers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Set up promotional displays and ensure they are eye-catching and appealing to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with sales team for restocking needs
- Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and competition
- Create reports on sales and product performance for management review

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month.
