Entry Level Merchandiser in Shan, India


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Merchandiser. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the merchandising industry and start their career. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a passion for retail and consumer products.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the merchandising team to plan and execute product displays in stores
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking as needed
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and products that could be successful in our stores
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Assist with visual merchandising to create attractive displays that drive sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in business or marketing preferred)
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
