Part-Time Moderator in Lisbon

As a part-time moderator in Lisbon, you will be responsible for moderating online discussions and ensuring that community guidelines are followed. Your main duties will include monitoring and removing inappropriate content, responding to user inquiries, and maintaining a positive and inclusive online environment. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about promoting a safe and respectful online community.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines closely

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and remove any inappropriate content according to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
- Engage with community members in a positive and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with changes in community guidelines and policies
- Proactively identify potential issues within the community and report them to the appropriate team members
