Office Assistant

We are in need of a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Almada. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling office supplies. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records. Compensation for this full-time position is $1500 per month with accommodation provided. Visa and ticket expenses will also be covered for non-local candidates. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are proficient in English and have a valid work permit for Portugal.
