Office Assistant

We are in need of an Office Assistant to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in administrative work and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. They must also be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. The selected candidate will not be provided with accommodation, but we offer a free visa and ticket for those who require relocation. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
