Restaurant Manager - Lahore, Pakistan



Our restaurant in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing a restaurant or similar establishment and be able to handle the daily operations and staff management with ease.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Hire, train, and manage staff members to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Create work schedules for employees while ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food orders.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure high standards are maintained.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles for inventory management purposes.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Lahore, Pakistan. While we prefer candidates who are already located in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense, we are open to considering candidates from other parts of Pakistan as well.

Accommodation:
Please note that this position does not come with accommodation. Therefore, candidates must already have suitable housing arrangements in Lahore or be willing to make their own arrangements.
