Part-Time Executive Chef
City: Braga, Portugal
We are in search of a skilled Executive Chef to join our team on a part-time basis in Braga. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional kitchen and possess excellent culinary skills. You must also have a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. This position requires someone who is creative, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary: 1600$ per month (pro-rated based on part-time hours)
Experience Required:
- Previous experience working as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Preference:
- Portuguese nationality or valid work visa for Portugal
- Located in or near Braga
*Please note that this is not a full-time position and may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Own visa/work permit is preferred but not required. Freshers with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
