We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and culinary techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that are creative, unique, and align with our restaurant's concept
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and implement strategies to reduce waste and control expenses
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu items

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for food and a dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences. You must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A biometric passport is required for this position.
