Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. This is a full-time position that requires a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the local hospitality market
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Biometric passport required
