We are seeking an experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and network administration, with the ability to manage complex systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This role will require excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for working with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our network and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
- Maintain server infrastructure, including virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Ensure security of network and systems by implementing appropriate measures
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to develop solutions to technical problems
- Provide technical support to users regarding network connectivity, hardware or software issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in IT or network administration role
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols and services (DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

This position is located in Chelyabinsk, Russia. We do not require fluency in English for this role.
