Experienced Painter



We are a well-established painting company based in Ufa and we are currently seeking an experienced painter to join our team. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport and fluency in English.

As a painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paint, and applying various finishes to residential and commercial buildings. You should have at least 3 years of experience in the painting industry and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix paint to get the desired color
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect them from paint
- Repair any cracks or damages on walls before painting
- Maintain a clean work environment and store tools properly after use
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the finished product

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a painter
- In-depth knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have own set of basic tools
- Biometric passport is required
- Indian nationality preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. We also offer part-time opportunities for those who can only work on weekends. Accommodation will be provided for those who are not local.
