Solar Panel Installer


We are hiring a skilled Solar Panel Installer to join our team in Utena. As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. Your main duties will include measuring and marking roof areas for panel placement, assembling and wiring solar panel systems, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of electrical systems. Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required. The ability to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions is also necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of solar panel installation
- Measure and mark roof areas for panel placement
- Assemble and wire solar panel systems according to specifications
- Install inverters, batteries, and other components as needed
- Ensure all equipment is properly grounded and secured
- Troubleshoot technical issues with panels or wiring
- Complete required paperwork and record keeping accurately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in electrical work or solar panel installation preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina
- Own transportation to job sites

Salary: $1600 per month (based on experience)
