Moderator (English Speaking)


We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our team in Eschen, serving as the main point of contact for all English-speaking clients. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums, ensuring that all content posted is in line with our company's guidelines. You will also be responsible for resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise within the community and providing excellent customer service to our English-speaking clients. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, with opportunities for growth within the company. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

In this role, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You should also have a strong understanding of social media platforms and online forums, as well as experience in community management. Attention to detail and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy are essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Engage with English-speaking clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the community in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for community growth
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Proven experience in community management or moderation
