Game Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Developer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing video games for various platforms. You will work closely with artists, designers, and other developers to create engaging and high-quality games.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop game mechanics, gameplay systems, and user interfaces
- Write efficient and maintainable code using programming languages such as C++ and C#
- Collaborate with artists to implement game assets such as 2D/3D graphics, animations, and audio
- Work closely with designers to implement game features and ensure they meet the vision of the game
- Test and debug code to ensure smooth gameplay experience for players
- Optimize game performance for different platforms including PC, consoles, mobile devices
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in game development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Game Developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C++ or C#
- Experience working with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Experience in developing games for different platforms (PC, consoles, mobile)
- Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics software (e.g. Photoshop, Maya) is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members
