As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various metalworking machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to shape and form metal parts according to engineering specifications. You will also work with hand tools and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and quality of the final product.

Key responsibilities:
- Set up and operate metalworking machines to perform turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and other operations
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine project requirements
- Select appropriate tools, materials, and methods for each job
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery or materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Familiarity with technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to use hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Physical strength and dexterity to operate heavy machinery
- Good communication skills in Russian (English language skills are not required)
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
