Job Title: Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This includes creating detailed plans, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities, taking into consideration functionality, safety, and sustainability
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility and quality
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to industrial construction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: St. Petersburg (no English required)
