Part-Time Commercial Architect

We are hiring a part-time Commercial Architect to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and facilities. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing for a better work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and comply with local building codes and regulations
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for commercial projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project budget and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
