Front-End Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our team in Faro. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will work closely with our design and back-end development teams to bring the best user experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-end web development
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end code with back-end systems
- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
- Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract job: This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment.

Location: This position is based in Faro, Portugal. However, remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates.
