Construction Project Manager
We are in need of a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your strong leadership skills and experience in the construction industry will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work
- Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review and approve change orders
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plan
- Prepare progress reports for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Valid work visa for Almada (preferred)
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
