Senior Architect


We are a leading architectural firm based in Eschen and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects, ensuring that they meet all quality and safety standards. This is an urgent position and accommodation can be provided for foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs and plans for new construction, renovations, and expansions
- Oversee the preparation of drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress during construction to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Review proposed changes or substitutions in materials or methods to assess their potential impact on the project
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior architects
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Eschen, but we welcome applications from candidates of any nationality. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
